No Returns or Refunds After Processing
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with supporting evidence (e.g., screenshot of your order, photos of the product and packaging). We will review the issue and provide assistance.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations can only be made before the item is processed. Once the order is processed, cancellations are no longer possible.
